Meagan Brazil leads business development marketing for the Los Angeles South Bay and supports integrated marketing and sales initiatives across Southern California.
In her position, she helps to win new business and service/grow existing relationships by bringing together multi-disciplined teams in the creation of client-centered content that tells a persuasive, intelligent story.
Working with graphic designers, digital specialists, researchers, GIS/mapping experts and sales analysts, Meagan architects new business proposals, presentations, bespoke campaigns and deliverables from print to digital to multi-media.
In the last year alone, Meagan led projects resulting in more than 8 Million sq. ft. of new business with clients including CenterPoint, Xebec, Brookfield, WeWork, MetLife, Prudential, LABJ and others. Her track record spans investor leasing, occupier leasing, investment sales, property management and portfolio services, across all property types, with a specialty in investor services.
Meagan’s expertise lies in her ability to diagnose client goals and pain-points, match business needs with data and technology platforms, and help sales professionals translate real estate strategies into business solutions for their clients—crafting value propositions and core messaging through integrated marketing and highly customized packages.
Meagan’s cross-functional dexterity stems her background as a business development writer, regional business systems analyst, and global sales management operations analyst focused on new real estate data and technology investments.
