Based in CBRE’s Chicago office, Maury’s responsibilities include asset disposition and financing service to all capital markets clients. He is involved with all aspects of investor outreach and the marketing, pre-marketing due diligence, underwriting, and offering materials production processes.
Maury’s experience ranges from both office and retail portfolios to complex sale leaseback transactions. Completed transactions include the $540 million net lease sale of the State Farm Portfolio, the sale leaseback of Walgreens’ 575,000 square foot corporate headquarters campus, and numerous bank branch portfolios for Bank of America, Citibank and BMO Harris Bank.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Maury was a Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group and an investment sales analyst with Eastdil Secured. Focused primarily on office and large retail assets, Maury managed a variety of single asset and portfolio dispositions, equity raises, and recapitalization projects throughout the United States. Primary responsibilities included financial pro formas, underwriting due diligence and offering materials creation. Prior to joining Eastdil Secured, Maury was a financial analyst with General Growth Properties.
