Matt Knowles specializes exclusively in tenant representation both locally and nationally. As a member of the Advisory & Transaction Services group, Matt works closely with his clients to develop and manage a consistent, portfolio-wide process for handling portfolio strategy and brokerage transactions. He is involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including strategic real estate planning, market and financial analysis, site selection, lease negotiations and reporting.
Matt, initially joined the Advisory & Transaction Services group in 2006 as a Transaction Manager for the Cigna account where he assisted in completing over 200 transaction totaling approximately 3.5 million square feet. Projects for this client included several leases in excess of 100,000 square feet. Matt currently leads a transaction management account for Comcast, which is in the process of opening several hundred new locations in the United States.
Prior to joining the team, Matt interned with CBRE's Research and Marketing team in Philadelphia, Pa. During his internship, Matt worked closely with CBRE sales professionals to provide demographic analysis, market research, and market forecasting.
