Matthew Gorman joined CBRE as Senior Vice President in 2015 with over ten years of experience that includes more than 500 transactions equaling more than $1.9 billion in investment real estate sales. After being at CBRE just 10 months, Matthew was inducted into the exclusive Net Lease Property Group, leading the Philadelphia region and specializing in the Mid-Atlantic area. At year-end 2016, Matthew ranked in the top 20 producers in the Country for retail investment sales at CBRE, and top 10 among all producers in the Philadelphia Region. He also received a 2016 CoStar Power Broker Award as a Top Sales Broker in the Philadelphia market. CBRE's Net Lease Property Group consists of a team of senior advisors located in major metropolitan areas across the United States that are dedicated to transacting single-tenant assets and net-lease portfolios nationwide. Matt and his team are focused on and specialize in the sale of single-tenant net-leased properties in the Eastern United States and wherever client relationships take them. Matt's primary goal is to execute for his client's at the highest level by representing their interests professionally, honestly and with integrity in all aspects of the sales process.
Matt began his career in investment sales with Marcus & Millichap in January 2005. Over the course of his tenure at M&M he was promoted through the ranks eight times ultimately achieving Vice President of Investments and Director of the National Retail Group before moving to CBRE. Matt spent the early years of his career as a Branch Manager for Univest, a regional bank in the Philadelphia area and as an Account Manager for Cigna Insurance Company.
Matt earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing paired with a minor in Psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, graduating in 2003.
