One of CBRE’s top producing investment brokers, Matt specializes in underwriting retail assets, understanding capital markets, developing innovative marketing strategies for investment property, accessing private capital investors, and being able to effectively negotiate and manage the transaction process on behalf of his clients. At the heart of his approach is a commitment to delivering institutional quality service to private investors, and creating a better brokerage experience for his clients.
Matt began his career as a retail leasing agent with CBRE, completing hundreds of leases as part of the leasing of more than 3 million square feet of ground-up shopping centers. This experience covered the entire spectrum of retailers, from anchor Tenants like Food 4 Less and Home Depot, to “pad” tenants, such as, McDonald's and Walgreens, to the smallest “mom & pop” shop tenants. This experience helped produce a deep understanding of property fundamentals unique among investment sales brokers.
