Matt began his career as a retail leasing agent with CBRE, completing hundreds of leases as part of the leasing of more than 3 million square feet of ground-up shopping centers. This experience covered the entire spectrum of retailers, from anchor Tenants like Food 4 Less and Home Depot, to “pad” tenants, such as, McDonald's and Walgreens, to the smallest “mom & pop” shop tenants. This experience helped produce a deep understanding of property fundamentals unique among investment sales brokers.
