In receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and having worked on the debt side of the transaction, he brings a unique perspective to CBRE. This experience allows guidance in the private capital markets to identify trends and uncover opportunities for his clients.
The understanding of the complete realm of the Real Estate business allows him to represent property owners in acquisitions and dispositions, market research, portfolio planning, acquisition financing, property marketing, and valuations.

By integrating market research with proprietary investor databases, Matt creates the best plan for his clients to time the market strategically and recognize opportunity before it arises.
