Matthew Kawulok joined CBRE Industrial Advisory and Transaction Services at the end of 2016. Matt specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Metro Denver area. He evaluates market conditions and develops strategies and processes to achieve his clients’ goals and objectives. Since becoming a broker in 2017, Matt has participated in transactions totaling over 3,024,054 SF for a total consideration of $178,431,415.
