As Managing Director of Asset Services, Mary Wiese oversees the strategic property management responsibilities for CBRE's San Francisco Bay Area region, a portfolio of more than 44 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties. Mary’s strong local expertise paired with CBRE’s world-class platform creates value for our clients in San Francisco, Marin County, the East Bay, the South Bay and the Peninsula. Leading a team of six Directors and six Associate Directors, who in turn manage over 200 real estate professionals, Mary ensures that the day-to-day management and operations requirements are met and aimed to exceed client expectations. In her role, Mary facilitates bringing together different lines of service, including: Brokerage, Investment Sales, Project Management and Accounting, to provide integrated solutions and continuously improve asset performance.
Mary has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate management services. She became a founding principal of CAC Real Estate Management Co., Inc. in 1994, which was acquired by CBRE, Inc. in 2013. She has a wide range of experience with institutional, corporate and entrepreneurial entities. With a specialty in Premier, Class A office buildings, Mary ensures the delivery of the highest level of service and quality results to every client. At the same time she emphasizes a simplified, hands-on service delivery approach that one might expect of a small, boutique firm.
