Mary Robbins has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Her duties as a property manager include overseeing the day-to-day operations of properties in the Hampton Roads area. More specifically, Mary manages the building operating systems and all tenant relations; prepares and monitors emergency plans; keeps up with constantly changing building codes; conducts inspections for insurance compliances; develops new tenant relations programs, maximizes operating efficiencies; keeps the asset modern with rapidly changing technology; overseeing capital improvements as well as tenant improvements; prepares the annual budget; works with the accounting team to oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable operations and prepares monthly financial reports.
Mary joined CBRE|Hampton Roads in June of 2012. Prior to joining CBRE|Hampton Roads, Mary worked with Harbor Group Management Co. as a Senior Property Manager. She was responsible for managing the Harbor Group-owned Class A office space in the Central Business District and Class B office space in the outlying Norfolk market. She also has expertise in retail and industrial property management.
