Martin Roth is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Land Services in Denver, Colorado. With more than 20 years experience in residential and commercial land development, finance, mortgage lending and real estate evaluations, he specializes in land investments and real estate development. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of the development process, including site selection, entitlements, underwriting, sales, and marketing. Since 2003, Martin has been directly involved in land sales, producing over $1.6 billion in transactional volume.
