Mark Rosenthal is the Director of CBRE Atlanta’s Transaction
Services Group. As Director, Mr. Rosenthal’s goal is to increase broker
productivity by providing transaction and account management support to CBRE’s
Occupier Services teams. These services are provided through a team of
transaction managers across multi-market and local Atlanta clients.
Mr. Rosenthal and the Transaction Services Group use
established processes and tools to deliver best in class services allowing CBRE
brokers to spend more time focusing on their clients and their strategic needs.
Mr. Rosenthal’s 20+ years of experience with transaction
advisory and corporate services includes a long-term service history with
Fortune 500 clients on both a national and global level as well as in-house
corporate roles. With transactions totaling more than 8 million square feet,
this experience includes leasing, investment purchases and sales, lease
restructures, headquarter relocations, build-to-suits, portfolio reviews and
strategic consulting. Mark’s clients include Cummins, AT&T, Lucent
Technologies, NCR, AXA Financial, Liberty Mutual, Scholastic Books Fairs and
Prior to CBRE, Mr. Rosenthal was the Director of Real Estate
and Construction with Altisource, and the Global Account Manager for the
Cummins account at Colliers International.
