Mark F. Minich is an Executive Vice President at CBRE representing tenants with an emphasis on law firms. Mr. Minich has 25 years experience in tenant representation and currently represents several prominent law firms on a portfolio-wide basis.
Mr. Minich joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield where he was one of that firm’s top brokers nationwide. He has extensive experience in all aspects of tenant representation, particularly in negotiations on behalf of large law firm and corporate tenants with complex requirements. He recently represented the law firm of Crowell and Moring in the firm’s 380,000 square foot expansion and long term renewal of its Washington, DC headquarters building at 1001 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. This transaction represents the largest law firm lease signed in the District of Columbia in the last five years.
Over his career, Mark has received recognition for his leadership on some of the most notable transactions in the region. Tenant clients he has worked with also include Fish & Richardson P.C., Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Bingham McCutchen, LLP, Burson-Marsteller, Grant Thornton, NASDAQ and Simon Property Group.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Minich spent 18 years at Carey Winston Company where he served as operating manager for the Washington, DC office and was fully vested as a partner and shareholder of the firm. Minich served on the Board of Directors of the Ballston Partnership, an alliance of brokers, developers and private interest groups involved in the development of Ballston, Virginia. He is a lifetime member of the Washington, DC Association of Realtors.
