Professional Experience

Maria Vega serves as a Project Manager on the Portfolio Planning Solutions Team on the Microsoft Account.  Maria is responsible for developing the 2 year allocation plan for Microsoft’s Puget Sound Planning Portfolio.  In addition to her work in scenario planning, Maria is responsible for metrics reporting and analysis surrounding the Microsoft Puget Sound Portfolio.

Maria majored in chemistry at Seattle University, a degree that provides her with a unique set of skills in her role.  Ms. Vega brings an analytical and scientific approach to the team’s processes and projects.  Upon graduation, Ms. Vega joined CBRE on the Microsoft account as a part of the account’s Occupancy Coordinator Program.  From there she was promoted to Project Coordinator and then Assistant Project Manager.  As an Assistant Project manager, Ms. Vega co-managed the Project Coordinator team monitoring and distributing workloads amongst the Project Coordinators.  She also worked on many other special projects and team initiatives.

After working in project management some time, Ms. Vega moved to a Strategy Analyst position.  In this role, she assisted the strategy team in developing the 10 year Real Estate strategy for Microsoft’s Puget Sound Region.

From this role, Ms. Vega was then promoted to the role of Allocation Project Manager working on the 2 year allocation plan for Microsoft’s Puget Sound campus.  Her many roles on the Microsoft account has provided her extensive experience in project management and data analysis.
