Marcy Moneypenny is a Senior Managing Director with CBRE’s Client Care Americas, Investor Services group. In this role, Marcy is responsible for partnering with the firm’s U.S. Investor Services and Sales Management leaders as well as the Client Care Americas account management professionals to ensure seamless execution across business lines and geographies while delivering exceptional outcomes for our investor clients. Marcy’s leadership has guided the implementation of Client Care best practices in local markets across the United States as well as Latin America.
Marcy is also responsible nationally for the Morgan Stanley account as well as development of the strategic platform for the Client Care Americas, Investor Services team. Under her guidance, the team maintains a focus on the evolving needs of our strategic account clients, and how best to continually improve the platform to meet those needs. Additionally, Marcy is a key part of the Global Client Care Committee, where she is one of a group of senior executives responsible for the continued development and implementation of CBRE’s Client Care programs across the globe.
Marcy has been with CBRE since 2004 and prior to joining the Client Care team, Marcy was responsible for the Asset Services business in CBRE's Atlanta region, which included a portfolio of approximately 30 million sq. ft. of office, industrial and retail properties located across Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. She led a team of more than 200 employees and ensured day-to-day management and operations requirements were being met in order to meet the investment strategies of the buildings’ owners.
Before joining CBRE, Marcy’s diverse career included real estate experience in the office, retail and industrial markets across Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina and Georgia. Marcy also has a wide range of experience in the leasing and marketing of real estate through creating and implementing the advertising/public relations materials used at on-site marketing centers as well as the implementation of tenant retention programs specifically targeted to assets with high occupancy levels and multiple lease renewals.
