Mallory joined CBRE|FAMECO in 2013 as an Associate, specializing in owner representation, working closely with Executive Vice President, Adam Kohler, and Managing Director, Steven Gartner. Her primary focus is leasing lifestyle centers and upscale mixed-use projects in the Philadelphia MSA. She is responsible for marketing properties, strategic prospecting for national, regional and local tenants and negotiating deal terms.
Mallory’s notable leasing assignments include The JBG Companies’ King of Prussia Town Center, a 260,000 square foot high-profile development project in King of Prussia, PA, Kimco Realty’s Suburban Square, a 321,000 square foot iconic lifestyle center in Ardmore, PA and Metropolis Investment Holdings’ The Shops at Liberty Place, a 144,660 square foot mall in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. She was actively involved in bringing exciting tenants to these projects including Soul Cycle, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, Kendra Scott, Naf Naf Grill and Honeygrow, among others. Additionally, she represents other lifestyle centers in the region such as The Shoppes at Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA) and The Crossings at Conestoga Creek (Lancaster, PA – proposed development). Mallory focuses on tracking retailers in other regions of the country, constantly searching for burgeoning retailers who have yet to hit the Philadelphia market. She has dedicated herself to studying lifestyle center trends and researching significant retail projects throughout the country, in an on-going effort to further refine her expertise in merchandising.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mallory worked for a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage firm, Urban/Poole & Heath, LLC, as an Underwriter and a Property Manager. There she learned the fundamentals of retail real estate and the key components that create a strong and successful shopping center from both an owner and a lender’s perspective. She also briefly worked at Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC as a Sales Associate focusing on office brokerage.
Mallory is an active member in The International Council of Shopping Centers, serving as a committee member for ICSC –Next Gen, and she holds real estate licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Communications.
