Lucas is an Associate in the CBRE Wheel Program—a 14-month rotational platform designed to give selected young professionals a well-rounded foundation in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lucas spent the summer as an analyst for The Related Companies where he worked on projects associated with Hudson Yards—most notably helping to implement new wellness offerings at the inaugural Equinox Hotel and curate the sales center experience for Zaha Hadid’s 28th Street Project. Lucas also has experience with asset and construction management, having updated financial projections at The Katz Realty Group and conducted energy audits at RAND Engineering & Architecture.
Lucas attended The University of Michigan, where he graduated from The College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, and The School of Natural Resources and Environment. While at Michigan, Lucas focused on environmentally conscious land development practices and policies, and was a member of the Michigan Real Estate Club and The University of Michigan Biological Station in Pellston, Michigan.
