Lori Fountain joined CBRE|Martin in 1999 as an Assistant Property Manager with the Asset Services team handling tenant, vendor and client communication for a varied portfolio of office and retail properties exceeding 1,000,000 square feet. In 2004, she took on additional responsibilities by managing many of the human resources functions for both the Lansing and Grand Rapids offices.
Lori transitioned into the Office Operations Manager position for the Lansing and Grand Rapids affiliate offices throughout 2009. Her responsibilities include: implementing and recommending revisions to current policies and procedures, maintaining master documents, providing monthly marketing reports to management, as well as being the central point of contact for all office management and human resources functions.
Prior to joining the firm, Lori was a customer service representative for a local telecommunications company. There she established superior customer service skills which complement her current position and provide a strong base for building relationships with not only clients, tenants and vendors, but also with her fellow employees.
