Professional Experience

 

Logan Reichle is part of CBRE Capital Markets’ Retail Investment Properties in Central Texas, working with individual property investors on the acquisition and disposition of income-producing office, retail and industrial assets. Mr. Reichle helps secure new business, underwrite assets, provide guidance on the capital markets, discuss current opportunities with investors/clients, and tour prospective purchasers through the team's listed assets. Since joining the team, Mr. Reichle has been involved in transactions with a total consideration of more than $100 million. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Reichle spent three years with The Weitzman Group’s investment sales division, where he was involved in more than $40 million worth of investment sales transactions. He also gained financial analysis experience at Marcus & Millichap and shopping center property management experience at Rogers & Reichle, Inc. ​
