Professional Experience

Lisa is a communications and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience across several industries. She joined CBRE in 2006 and currently serves as the Communications Manager for the Bank of America account, responsible for the communications strategy and deployment for 600+ employees, as well as various client and stakeholder audiences.

Lisa's work encompasses a wide range of communication channels and tools including an intranet site, newsletters, presentations, road shows, news briefs, surveys, case studies and more. She leads the account’s Operating Committee, a cross-functional employee advisory group focused on process improvement. She also serves as the central contact for the collection and export of best practices from the account team.

Outside of the account, she is an active advisor for many other account leaders, and she frequently assists with corporate initiatives and event planning. She also sits on the Advisory Committee for the GCS Account Practices & Communications Global Knowledge Network.

Prior to joining CBRE, Lisa served as Marketing Director for Profit Technologies, a global consulting company. She also spent six years managing a group of writers dedicated to business development at KeyBank. There, she helped write a proposal that won the largest deal in the bank’s history. Lisa also spent eight years in various communications positions with Progressive Insurance. Additionally, she has worked as a Technical Editor for Bell Aerospace and as a Technical Writer for Unisys Corporation.

Lisa has won several awards for excellence in publications from the International Association of Business Communicators and Society of Technical Communication. She has published articles in various trade journals including AFP Exchange, Independent Banker, Michigan Banker and Banking Strategies.

Lisa is a lifetime member of the International Association of Business Communicators, and she holds a degree in Communications from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
