Lisa Aguilar is a Project Manager for CBRE’s Southern California Edison account within Global Workplace Solutions. Ms. Aguilar brings over 20 years of professional experience in Planning, Design, and Construction Management. Lisa holds a BA in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architects and is OSHA certified. Her focus is the success of each project from inception to completion. In her role as Project Manager, Lisa is responsible for the delivery and success of all assigned projects.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Aguilar was a Space Planning Manager for Southern California Edison. She was responsible for all furniture and space-related projects which encompassed 1.4 million square feet of corporate territory. Ms. Aguilar provided guidance to business unit occupants relative to growth and reduction requirements. She also supported capital construction projects as the manager of space.
From 2008 to 2014, Ms. Aguilar worked in the capacity of a Construction Project Manager. She led teams on new construction, tenant improvements, site work, utility upgrades, roofing, and gymnasium/science labs/classroom/restroom remodel programs ranging from $14M to $60M. Eight years prior to that, Lisa developed her technical and design foundation emphasizing on K-12 construction. She is knowledgeable in developing projects from conception to close-out.
While in college, Lisa was committed to learning various trades within the construction industry as a project coordinator and CAD technician. This experience has resulted in her success and ability to offer a holistic service to her clients.
