Lindsey Young serves as a Sales Assistant for Stephen Bay and Clay Hammerstein. She is involved in all aspects of office occupier representation for clients located in the Los Angeles area, as well as nationally. In her role, Mrs. Young manages client relationships and provides operational, research, marketing and business development support. Working with this prestigious team, Lindsey has honed in on identifying office locations for clients that fit and exceed their operational and financial requirements.
Prior to joining the team in December 2016, Mrs. Young participated in CBRE’s renowned GLA/OC Summer Internship program where she worked with CBRE’s Capital Markets Group and assisted a top Debt and Structured Finance team in assembling marketing materials and completing due diligence and tenant/market research. The expertise gained from this elite program inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.
