Linda Hagerman is responsible for the property management of
Bank of America’s corporate real estate in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania
sub-region of the Northeast. Bank of America’s properties include the former
Countrywide Home Loans sites, U.S. Trust offices, Merrill Lynch branches and
the Bank of America retail and office locations. Ms. Hagerman works closely
with the regional leadership team to deliver results and compliance. She is
also responsible for mitigating risks by managing the property management team
to keep the properties safe, clean and comfortable. Ms. Hagerman’s team works
closely with other CBRE platforms of engineering, project management,
transactions, supply chain and more.
As Regional Facilities Manager, Ms. Hagerman leads a team of
18 property management professionals, including three senior property managers.
The sub-region is comprised of nearly 650 retail and admin properties totaling
6 million sq. ft. The asset profiles consist of leased and owned, as well as
critical and non-critical properties. The team is responsible for administering
contracts for janitorial, landscaping, exterminating, fire and life systems,
Ms. Hagerman has more than 25 years of professional property
management experience in corporate services, project management, relocation
services and other service lines. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Hagerman worked as
the project manager for the September 11, 2001 recovery of the Trammell Crow
managed properties in lower Manhattan at ground zero. She has been with CBRE
for 10 years in various leadership roles within enterprise services, as well as
project and property management. Among significant accomplishments on behalf of
the current client, she managed and coordinated the response to the impact of
Super Storm Sandy in late 2012.
