Linda Gretta is the Director of Project Management on the Chubb and Son account in Warren NJ. Under Linda’s leadership, the team has managed projects aligning with the Chubb corporate initiative to reduce their Real Estate portfolio. To date, she and her team have reduced space by 25%, managing consolidation and sublet projects of more than 950,000 square feet of space. She manages and maintains the department’s budget and is responsible for insuring that contract specifications are in compliance. Her ability to successfully lead all team members, combined with proven communication, decision making, organizational and creative problem solving skills has contributed to successful projects,, high customer satisfaction and a dynamic department. The team consistently achieves 4.5 or above on Client Satisfaction dashboards. Linda achieved her LEED AP accreditation and completed coursework for PJM-1 Project Management Foundations.
Throughout her career, Linda has worked as a Senior Project Manager, Director of Design Services and Senior Designer managing staff and providing leadership for numerous Corporate, Retail Bank and Healthcare projects. She operated her own Construction Document/Design Consulting company, in addition to working for a major developer on Tenant Rep projects. She also has managed large design teams and was later responsible for new business development. She is experienced in overall project management, the preparation of full construction documents, finish and furniture selection, master planning, moves/adds/changes, assessment and specification of furnishings and financial management. Linda has experienced success in her renovation and relocation projects by utilizing this unique combination of technical, financial and design background combined with personal initiative and overall solid management skills.
