Professional Experience
Larry Bornstein began his career in Petroleum equipment sales, construction and service in 1974. Larry was part owner of a petroleum construction and service company until 1994. In 1994, he moved to Oregon to work for Omega Environmental, eventually becoming their Oregon Branch Manager.
In 1996, he joined Designer’s Collective (DCI), the first Chevron Project Management outsourced company. Over the course 12 years, Larry transferred companies to remain a Chevron dedicated Project Manager.
Larry joined CBRE in 2008, as a legacy employee of Trammel Crow. He remains an influential member of the Pacific Northwest project management team. Larry has been instrumental in facilitating tenant improvements and ground-up builds of Chevron service stations in the Northwestern region. In 2011, Larry built the first “green” gas station in Beaverton, Oregon.
