Lauren Moseley was appointed Sales Director of CBRE’s San Francisco office in September of 2014. In this role, Lauren assists with the implementation of sales management processes; including market meetings, inbound and outbound referrals, business plan reporting, and the coordination of targeted vertical pursuit strategies (e.g., Mid-Cap Targets, Private Equity, and Non Profit Pursuits). She provides effective recruitment, development, and performance management of Associates, and serves as a conduit for brokerage professionals, providing insight and identifying resources within CBRE’s enterprise platform and highly matrixed work environment.
Lauren joined CBRE following The CAC Group’s acquisition in December 2013. During the acquisition process, Lauren served as a key member of the team, handling due diligence on behalf of The CAC Group. She played an integral role in the post-acquisition integration process by focusing on retention, on-boarding employees, and finalizing contract executions and client assignment agreements. Prior to her role as Sales Director, Lauren was a member of the Salesforce Tower agency leasing team. Her tenure on the team included the landmark 714,000 sq. ft. lease transaction with Salesforce.com
Lauren graduated cum laude from CSU Monterey Bay with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
