Lauren Bourgeois is a General Manager with CBRE, Inc. with over nine years of experience in the real estate industry. Lauren currently oversees a portfolio of 2,244,505 square feet of commercial space located throughout Weston, Pembroke Park and Miami. Lauren’s portfolio includes a retail and three industrial properties for TIAA-CREF and two Class A mid-rise office buildings for BlackRock. The TIAA-CREF retail center, Weston Commons, is a premier upscale center where the management team has received recognition as “Best in Class” for property management expertise and knowledge of Class A retail centers for five straight years. Under CBRE’s management, the Weston location has seen a 40% decrease in certain operating expenses since 2006.
Lauren’s responsibilities include physical management of the centers, tenant relations, client communication and satisfaction, vendor supervision, financial reporting, marketing, and lease administration.
Prior to her role as a Senior Real Estate Manager, Lauren managed several retail centers, including the INVESCO portfolio that encompassed Regency Court, Parkview Square, and West Creek Commons. She also managed a Class A high-rise in Miami for CBRE-GI.
Before joining CBRE’s Asset Management team, Lauren served on the American Express account as a Project Coordinator for Project Management. Lauren received the RISE Award from CBRE, for her standards of excellence in service as the Facilities Coordinator for the Miami Lakes Move Project.
