Ms. Willard is a Director in CBRE’s Strategic Accounts Group, a team of professionals that serve CBRE's institutional and investor clients as single points of contact. Ms. Willard coordinates with national account teams such as Equity Commonwealth, Gramercy Property Trust, Clarion Partners, and LNR, navigating and leveraging CBRE’s resources with a focus on operational excellence and execution. Working from CBRE’s Tampa and Indianapolis offices, Ms. Willard partners with clients to meet their immediate and long-term goals while fostering mutual growth opportunities. She is responsible for comprehensive performance in real estate management, project management, brokerage, and investment sales services for a portfolio comprised of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the US.
Ms. Willard brings over sixteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a law degree and academic focus in real property and corporate-related matters. Prior to joining Strategic Accounts, Ms. Willard led CBRE’s Recovery & Restructuring Services (RRS) in Florida, where she was responsible for the receivership and distressed asset portfolio management program, business development, and client relations efforts. There, she participated in over 100 active receivership and distressed assets of all product types—office, retail, industrial, hotel, land, marinas, and specialty assets.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Willard managed a portfolio of government owned and leased commercial real estate as a Senior Manager and Contracting Officer in the federal public sector. Key accomplishments included an International Building of the Year Award, published work “Proposing Tips” in Services Magazine, and selection as a FEMA real estate representative. In addition, Ms. Willard represents CBRE on the Executive Committee for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
