Professional Experience


Kyle Roper, MAI is a designated Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Albuquerque office. He has over twenty-five years of experience in valuation and financial consulting services with emphasis in the Albuquerque, New Mexico regions.

Mr. Roper specializes in the valuation of existing and proposed multifamily properties and has worked with some of the nation’s most prestigious commercial real estate lending institutions. Mr. Roper joined CBRE in 2004 and has prepared appraisal reports for nearly 300 multifamily properties since his association with the company. In addition to Mr. Roper’s expertise in multifamily projects, his appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office buildings, retail shopping centers, condominium conversions, industrial facilities, funeral homes, cemeteries, charter schools and mixed use projects.
