Kristina brings coordination among several teams to support facility operations across the CBRE GCS E*TRADE account. As Account Operations Manager, Kristina’s collaboration of the quarterly operational review process facilitates the provision of accurate financial and commercial real estate management information to the account Alliance Director, along with regional FM management and the account executive team. In conjunction with Senior Facility Managers, she supports the preparation of accurate budget and forecast documentation.
Kristina works with the Alliance Director to define and drive performance management and works with FM Resources to develop initiatives to ensure that account targets are met. Management of the account operational and capital spend to achieve business financial objectives are her primary goals. She maintains strong relationships with key personnel to remain in touch with current strategy, as well as policies and procedure. She supports a keen ability to identify issues, and evaluate problems with a logical approach in order to develop strategies to resolve. She also delivers consistent process, reporting and technical assistance to the account team in order to achieve objectives including service level agreements, key performance Indicators, energy targets, risk management and process re-engineering.
Kristina works directly with CBRE GCS platform support leads to serve as a contact point for account related projects and issues. She provides support with regard to issue resolution and understands the impact on delivery of services. She takes an active part in the administration of strategic sourcing initiatives as wells as procurement of vendor contracts to facilitate account delivery optimization and continuous improvement.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kristina spent 15 years serving as an information technology consultant for a variety of firms in the Insurance, Finance and Energy industries and recently supported CBRE Clarion Securities’ operation in Radnor, PA.
