Kristen Holding is an Assistant Real Estate Manager in CBRE’s South Florida market, assisting with the management of retail and office properties. Kristen brings a high level of customer service to her tenants and clients. An enthusiastic and extremely fast learner, Kristen has the ability to complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
Kristen’s current responsibilities include maintaining tenant relations, vendor contracts, tenant work orders, and insurance tracking. In addition, Kristen monitors accounts payable and receivable, contacts delinquent tenants, audits leases and lease abstracts, and assists with client reports and yearly budgets.
