Professional Experience

Kirk Danley joined CBRE Capital Markets - Debt & Equity Finance Group as a financial analyst in 2002 and became a Vice President in 2007.  Mr. Danley has been involved in more than 200 completed transactions with loan proceeds in excess of $6 billion, including the largest single financing in company history at $700 million. Property types have ranged from Class A office towers to medical office buildings and from luxury hotels to strip retail centers. Financing structures have included acquisition, refinance, structured mezzanine, joint venture equity, and renovation/rehab.

Mr. Danley works with the complete spectrum of life company, conduit (CMBS), structured, and bank lenders to obtain the best loan terms available for a full range of borrowing entity structures, including local, regional, and national developers, real estate holdings firms, REITs, and public and private real estate sponsors.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Danley was a financial analyst at Cushman Realty Corporation. Working directly for the Executive Vice President, Mr. Danley was involved in the sale of over $500 million of Class A office buildings, totaling more than 3.5 million RSF, as well a number of significant lease transactions including the Boeing World Headquarters relocation.
