Kimberly Danel is the Senior Research Coordinator for the Portland office. She joined CBRE in 1998 as an Information Management Researcher and was soon promoted to her current position. The head of a two-member Research team, Ms. Danel provides a variety of valuable support for nearly forty real estate professionals in the Portland office. As Senior Research Coordinator, Kimberly oversees and coordinates real estate market information throughout the production process. She develops new products and tools to enhance the capabilities of the CBRE sales professionals. Ms. Danel leads a client oriented research team focused on the delivery of timely and accurate market data.
Kimberly is recognized within CBRE and metropolitan Portland for both her analytical skills and as a provider of comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the industrial, office and retail markets. Ms. Danel has served on the board of directors for CARDS, a data service provider sponsored by Oregon's Commercial Association of Realtors. She has also worked closely within CBRE in the development and implementation of their current, web-based, proprietary database, MIX.
Ms. Danel's team is Portland's source for market research, quarterly reports, availability and comparable reporting, market share and peer group analysis as well as historical trends. In addition, they also provide demographic data and mapping services.
