Kimberley currently heads our engagement with American Express, for the BlueWork programme at Belgrave House, reporting to Joanna Miller, Director – Global Business Transformation Change Management, successfully moving 300 employees into one central location and leading on Change Management for over 1,300 impacted individuals. Prior to working with American Express, Kimberley was involved in the development and scheduling of the project management documents for the Barclays Wealth ‘Alternative Workplace Strategy’ project. The aim of the AWS project for Barclays Wealth is to re-define their workplace to accommodate an increase in projected headcount. Kimberley also developed and designed the communication and culture plans and was instrumental in the development of their change and behavioural workshops. She has also been involved in the design for the workspace and technological aspects of this project. In addition, Kimberley has undertaken work on behalf of the Workplace Strategy analytical team in introducing a software package ‘Key Survey’. Kimberley is experienced with this survey package and endeavours to introduce more advanced analytic techniques for the Workplace Strategy team. She is working with her colleagues in the US to strengthen and develop this core competency in the Workplace Strategy team. She is proficient in data analysis and reporting, project management tools and techniques, and high level research techniques.
She has had experience as a Senior Project Officer on an Australian wide Rail eLearning initiative which has enhanced her extensive understanding of a client’s project and technological goals.

Prior to joining CBRE, Kimberley spent 4 years studying a Bachelor of Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Management Honours (Project Management). Her expertise is in technology and project management implementations, and she has tutored and mentored first year university business students. She has a wide level of experience working with internal and external stakeholders developing effective project management and technological solutions.
