Kevin Geiger is a founding partner of the thirty person Southeast Multihousing team stretching from Georgia to the Carolinas. He has focused on multifamily investment property sales since joining CBRE in 1989. The team has been recognized as one of the most innovative and successful groups in the country, having transacted in excess of $20 billion in multifamily transactions since 2000.
Mr. Geiger's primary focus is working with private, high net worth buyers as well as institutional investors seeking apartment investments in Atlanta and the Southeast. He spends most of his energy identifying the most aggressive and well-funded capital for his assignments and focusing them on these opportunities.
He excels at transaction management and execution. By having a superb understanding of buyer motivations, he is able to focus his efforts on groups that are likely to perform. There is no substitute for one-on-one discussions, and the execution phase of the marketing process is one of his primary strengths.
Mr. Geiger is a member of the CBRE’s National Multifamily Partnership, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Atlanta Apartment Association. He is recognized on an annual basis by CBRE as one of the top investment sales brokers within the firm.
