Kenzie Donovan Kiefer is a Transaction Manager on the global multi-market corporate advisory and transaction team led by Bill Bonifas and Matt Cariello. Kenzie provides assistance in the coordination and execution of all real estate transaction activities. Her responsibilities include multifaceted financial modeling and valuation analyses, portfolio planning, as well as helping clients to strategize, assess and implement the transaction management of their occupancy needs.
The team is one of the few “hubs” within CBRE offering portfolio-level transaction management and advisory services to large corporate occupiers. By leveraging their diverse expertise, the team conceptualizes and implements strategic real estate plans for major private and public corporations on a global, multi-market basis – doing so for some of the most recognizable companies in the world. The team develops these processes in order to improve efficiencies and reduce annual real estate expenditures throughout their client’s leased/owned real estate portfolios – positively impacting their bottom lines. They do so by integrating services such as: transaction management, portfolio optimization, labor analytics, supply chain and transportation analysis, mergers & acquisition consulting, capital markets exploration, workplace strategy, financial consulting, economic incentive negotiations and more.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kenzie held a series of progressive business development roles, most recently as Director of Business Operations, at Regulatory Compliance Associates, Inc.
