Katie Rambie is a Vice President with CBRE’s Global Retail Corporate Services team, specializing in regional, national and global tenant representation and account management as part of Scott Muller’s select team. She provides advisory and transaction management for national retail tenants’ acquisitions, relocations, expansions and renewals.
Since joining CBRE in 2011, Katie has had a hand in helping several clients execute full-service, multi-market expansion strategies. She has played a key role in helping double The Container Store’s store count since 2010. Additionally, she works with Kit and Ace in the roll out of its brick and mortar concept in the United States, finding valuable space for both pop-up and flagship stores. Katie’s experience has helped her develop expertise in the gentrification of urban areas around the U.S., which she uses to provide creative and effective real estate solutions for clients.
Katie knowledge of real estate in cities across the U.S., combined with her multi-market expansion experience, has helped her establish relationships with national clients such as Ann Taylor, Diptyque, Shake Shack and Williams-Sonoma brands. She also works with some of the top grossing properties in the U.S. including South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA; Bal Harbour Shops in Bal Harbour, FL; and NorthPark Mall in Dallas, TX. Katie’s strategic mindset and national network of relationships ensure she is able to provide clients with the best possible service and achieve the best outcomes.
