Kathee has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for 25 years. She re-joined CBRE in 2017, where she previously worked for CBRE for 12 years. She specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial buildings, as well as land, in the Inland Empire market.
Kathee is a licensed sales professional with a Communication’s degree and a design background. She has a strong diverse business acumen with the ability to identify and execute a vast range of global marketing, sales, business development, campaigns, business plans and operational strategies. Kathee is an experienced lead generator, customer qualifier, market researcher, and negotiator. Kathee is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management of the team’s marketing, advertising, proposals, agreements, LOIs, budgets and market research. She handles client interface, site tours, budgets, advertising, press releases and financial analysis.
Kathee recently re-joined CBRE in 2017 as the Client Services Specialist for the team of Eloy Covarrubias and Joe Werdein, specializing in land and industrial properties in the Inland Empire. She came from Savills Studley where she was the Research Director for the Southwest Region. Prior to that she was the Marketing and Research Director for Lee and Associates in the Inland Empire, where she analyzed data, market trends, market share and market competition. Kathee was also a Commercial Broker for Sperry Van Ness and was awarded the “Highest Number of Closings” and increased market share while creating local and national exposure.
Kathee began her career with CBRE in 1992 while in college. After graduating she obtained her real estate license and handled the marketing and sales of commercial properties. She successfully lead marketing campaigns, advertising and public relations efforts. She also designed property brochures and packages, financial analysis, market reports, forecasts and presentations. She received the “Teamwork Award” in 1999. Kathee created action plans and was personally responsible for uncovering and securing the Mitsui Portfolio that closed at $193.5 million in 2004. She prepared and negotiated lease and sale proposals, agreements, LOIs, BOVs and RFP/RFQ packages. Kathee also handled property tours, tenant requirements, client reporting and interface.
