Kajsa Farnsworth is a Senior Appraiser at the Valuation and Advisory Services Group in Phoenix, Arizona. Working in the Phoenix office since 2006, Ms. Farnsworth has over twelve years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the State of Arizona. Ms. Farnsworth is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Arizona and has served as the office market specialist for the Phoenix office since 2012. She has provided expert witness testimony in the Circuit Courts – State of Arizona and the State Board of Equalization for property tax appeals.
Ms. Farnsworth is a candidate for designation of the Appraisal Institute, and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Arizona. Her primary geographical location is Arizona, with a focus on the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.
Ms. Farnsworth has researched and authored real estate appraisal reports on various property types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, mixed-use projects, special use and senior living facilities.
Ms. Farnsworth currently leads the Office Valuation Practice in the Phoenix office. The Office Valuation Practice has access to national sales tracking publications and services, market reports, and other forms of relevant transactional information. Ms. Farnsworth’s experience encompasses multi- and single-tenant office buildings, large mixed-use properties, proposed office properties, and sale/leaseback transactions.
Prior to her work in real estate valuation, Ms. Farnsworth was a risk analyst within the energy industry. She worked as a risk analyst at Duke Energy and assisted with rate cases at Kern River Gas Pipeline Company.
