$1 billion. I lead my award-winning Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team to produce $1 billion in transaction consideration, totaling more than 3.7 million square feet, in 2015 alone. As a result of my real estate portfolio planning and transaction management strategies, I accurately anticipate market trends and create instant value for my clients.
Leveraging world-class resources at CBRE, the 15th best employer among the Forbes’ top 500 employers of choice, I develop customized strategic plans for each client and by so doing, deliver exceptional service to mid-cap and large-cap corporate occupier clients.
Serving clients who operate in the technology and telecommunication industries, I dedicate my time to earning and maintaining my clients’ trust throughout our relationship. By creating the conditions to help make complex, interdependent real estate activities get done seamlessly, I transform a floor plan into a blueprint for growth; an empty space into the optimal foundation for a multi-market expansion; and 3.7 million square feet into $1 billion in transaction consideration. That’s not simply creating instant value for his clients—that’s turning real estate into real advantage.
