Associated Office
Prior to joining CBRE, Julius established Winters & Hirsch, one of the leading owner-run real estate advisories in Germany. As their Chief Financial Officer and head of the acquisitions department, he maintained a pool of approximately 2,200 national and international investors. Upon taking residence in the United States, Julius served as a broker and partner with Sperry Van Ness, The Group Commercial, LLC in Colorado. Julius is fluent in both German and English.
