As a CAD/ CAFM Specialist in the NY Amex office, Juliet has been actively involved in WFC Restack project with MSP and yearly chargeback process with Amex‘s Finance and Business Units. Her responsibilities include maintaining CAD/ CAFM drawings, space strategy, CAFM data integrty, and Mainatining / creating American Express Process & Standards ( UPS, AWS Space). Juliet provides day-to-day coordination of all CAFM Vendors, RE Finances, MSP and Project Managers.
Over seven years of proven experience in CAD/ CAFM system, space strategy, and all related space planning and Facility management tasks. Juliet has provided leadership and vision in implementation of CAD/ CAFM solutions. She is skilled in rapid delivery of File Management solutions exceeding business expectations in capability and cost. She is also proficient in leveraging in-house and outsourced resources to maximize business advantage.
Prior to the merger with CBRE, Juliet served as a CAD/CAFM specialist with Trammell Crow Company at American Express account. She has shown a great deal of leadership for CAFM and the service fees.
Juliet continuously foresee and take the lead in making changes in CAFM which keeps the data as accurate as possible. Juliet has also taken the initiative to create plans for 2007 Service Fee which helps the MSP and GRE Finance teams. Juliet is confident that with her CAD/CAFM experience and knowledge, she is enhancing entire PJM staffs performance.
