Julie Boswell has served the Bank of America account since
February 2000. Her current role is Regional Manager for the Central South
region, overseeing 840 properties that total 8 million sq. ft. of retail,
office space and critical facilities in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. Ms.
Boswell’s previous assignment on the account was managing the Mid-Atlantic
region, which includes Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and
Pennsylvania. Ms. Boswell was responsible for overseeing a team of 41
facilities management professionals.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Boswell was a Facilities Manager
on the Bank of America account with CES Facilities Management Services. Her
work experience also includes time with Liberty Property Trust, where she was
responsible for a nearly 4 million-sq.-ft. industrial and flex space portfolio
in the Richmond, Virginia area.
Throughout her career, Ms. Boswell has embraced opportunities
to expand her experience and knowledge base by taking on additional
responsibilities, a characteristic that has led to successive promotions. She
joined CBRE in 2001 and was elevated to team leader in 2003. In 2005, Ms.
Boswell became Regional Manager of all assets in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and
Maryland. During that assignment, she was also asked to serve as co-chair for
the account’s operating committee, a national, cross-functional team, serving
as the voice of the employee and dedicated to process improvements.
In 2009, Ms. Boswell was promoted to Regional Director for
the Mid-Atlantic, and moved to Dallas, Texas in 2012 to serve her current role.
Ms. Boswell combines a deep understanding of systems and
procedures with a strong commitment to associate and shareholder satisfaction.
