Professional Experience

Joe is a 22-year veteran of the Northern California commercial real estate market and is a member of the CBRE Institutional Properties. CBRE’s Institutional Properties professionals are linked to their peers in gateway cities throughout the world and provide investment and advisory services to sophisticated institutional capital. Joe and his team focus specifically on the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest markets. Joe has leased approximately 6.5 million square feet and has sold over 47 million square feet with transactions totaling over $7.5 billion.  In addition Joe has asset managed over 20 million square feet throughout the west coast and in Florida.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2008, Joe was a Senior Vice President/Principal at CPS and held senior positions at BT Commercial Real Estate, South Bay Development, MacFarlane Partners, Aetna Realty Investors and Metropolitan Life Insurance.

A few of Joe’s accomplishments are as follows: Board member and past president of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers, ASVB Investment Broker of the year 2012 and multiple ASVB Investment Broker of the Year nominee, consistently named as one of San Jose Business Journal’s Top 25 Commercial Brokers and selected people to watch “40 under 40”, also by the San Jose Business Journal.
