Professional Experience
As a Project Manager focused on the Greater Seattle area, Jon Weeden is responsible for managing a variety of projects from initiation through completion. He helps meet the client’s overall project objectives by managing planning, design and construction coordination, budget, schedule and closeout.
Mr. Weeden also provides direction and leadership by working with Senior Project Managers in overseeing all facets of larger-scale projects including project planning, development, contract negotiation and administration, selection and coordination of designers and contractors, design, construction, furniture and equipment procurement and move management.
Mr. Weeden has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously for office, retail, industrial and healthcare project types, and implements projects for both tenant and landlord represented clients.
