John Stephens is a Manager in CBRE’s Workplace practice, vased in Washington DC. In this role, he leads client research efforts, combining insights about employees, business processes, and real estate scenarios into compelling cases for change. John serves clients with a concentration on data analysis and visualization and an interest in employee behavior. Further, a background in policy analysis and communications gives him perspective on how workplace policies and design impact employee engagement.
