John Reinertsen joined CBRE in 1997 and has 38 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Currently located in CBRE' NYC Outer Boroughs office, Mr. Reinertsen has been recognized as a top producer in the outer boroughs. He has completed numerous transactions in this market, providing him with formidable expertise in the region. Citibank and Silvercup Movie Studios – Represented both Citibank and Silvercup Studios in Citibank’s sale of a 3-acre site on the Queens waterfront to Silvercup Studios for an 800,000 SF commercial and residential mixed use development
Electric Realty – Represented Electric Realty in sale of assemblage site for a 260,000 SF office building
Kerr-McGee Corporation – Represented Kerr-McGee Oil Company in the disposition of their 3.5-acre site at the Queensboro Bridge in Queens to the New York Power Authority
