Mr. Wechsler’s experience includes the delivery of a broad
range of services—from devising long- and short-term strategic real estate
plans, to developing and implementing cost-reduction strategies, to executing
creative deal-making solutions—to the advantage of his diversified portfolio of
Mr. Wechsler began his real estate career with the Edward S.
Gordon Company, CBRE’s predecessor company. Before rejoining CBRE in 2011, Mr.
Wechsler was an Executive Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis, where he
established himself as a valuable and consistent producer. In addition to being
named to the firm’s prestigious Circle of Excellence multiple times, he was
also named to The President’s Council—the company’s premier symbol of
achievement—as recognition for his teamwork and significant contributions to
the company, the community and the real estate industry.
Mr. Wechsler resides in Brooklyn, where he has served as a
member of the Business Advisory Council of Medgar Evers University.
