Jocelyn Gibson is a Client Strategy and Consulting Analyst for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her team is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of optimization programs to large corporate occupiers. Jocelyn leverages an array of CBRE proprietary and market-based analytics tools and technologies to analyze client’s real estate portfolios as a basis to develop aggressive cost extraction strategies that align with market opportunities and client business objectives.
Jocelyn has over eight years of experience in city planning, researching, and consulting. Prior to joining CBRE, Jocelyn was an Urban Planner for the City of Cincinnati. She created reports for zoning and land use issues, performed extensive public consultation, contributed to the development of the new Land Development Code for the City, was a part of the implementation of the City’s newly adopted Comprehensive Plan, and managed requests for demographic/property information and analyses. Jocelyn was a consultant from 2011 – 2013 for Richard Consulting and the CDC Association of Greater Cincinnati. She undertook field research at a University in Thailand in 2010/2011 as part of a research partnership formed through her graduate research, which focused on transportation/land use coordination in Asian megacities. Previous to this, Jocelyn was an Urban Planning Consultant in London, Ontario, where she focused on culture/recreation master plans, feasibility studies, demographic analyses, proposal writing, subdivision design, and public consultation.
