Professional Experience

Jill Haug has been involved in commercial real estate finance for over 13 years. She performs financial and real estate analysis on all types of commercial real estate and multifamily debt and equity structures. Mrs. Haug has been involved in more than 315 completed transactions with loan proceeds in excess of $6 billion. Property types have ranged from Class A multifamily assets to office towers and from single tenant industrial buildings to strip retail centers.

Mrs. Haug has worked with the complete spectrum of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Life Insurance Companies, conduit (CMBS), structured and bank lenders and a full range of borrowing entity structures including local, regional, and national developers, real estate holdings firms, REITs, and public and private real estate sponsors. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Haug was a senior real estate analyst at Johnson Capital.
