Jessica Adams is a Business Analyst responsible for driving client-focused business intelligence for a 16-person Advisory and Transaction Services team with CBRE in Dallas, TX. Jessica is the primary client interface for portfolio and transaction technology platform – the creation and maintenance of client relationship management tools. She compiles and reports on transaction management tasks and outcomes as well as key account performance indicators and benchmarking metrics. In addition, she is also responsible for handling internally the team transaction and revenue tracking reports, as well as working with CBRE corporate accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of team transaction documentation.
Prior to joining the team, Jessica worked in the corporate accounting department for CBRE. She was responsible for client rebate accounts, transaction support and contract compliance. She tested and validated client reports for date integrity and accuracy. She also worked with the IT department to provide the correct calculations and fields the reports needed. The reports were used to automate the client rebate accounts at the time.
